What you’ll do
Reporting to the Sales Operations and Meetings Manager, the Sales Operations and Meetings Coordinator role will deliver a consistent approach to supporting our field force and coordinating our field-led medical educational meetings across Australia and New Zealand.
Essential for the role
Experience in working as an administrative assistant or event coordinator planning, organising and executing in-person, hybrid & virtual educational meetings
Professional written and spoken communications
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong team building and collaboration skills
Ability to liaise with key stakeholders regarding their meeting needs
Analytical abilities and problem solving abilities
Desirable for the role
Demonstrated experience with Ai tools, including practical application in workplace settings to solve problems, automate tasks, or generate insights.
Tertiary qualification in Business/Science/Event Management
Experience in planning, organising and executing educational meetings and events within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
Experience using CRM, event and budget management platforms (Sales Force/Veeva, Cvent, Concur)
Basic SAP experience
